HAO RACKING is the international sales and export division of our manufacturing operation, based in Shenyang, China. Our factory export sales department supports product quotations, custom manufacturing, bulk supply and export orders.
Manufacturing Processes
Our manufacturing processes include cold roll forming, sheet cutting, punching, bending, welding, surface preparation and electrostatic powder coating. The process used depends on the component and agreed specification.
The welding section identifies OTC CO2 shielding equipment. Shot blasting is described for selected hot-rolled components, not as a universal treatment for every product.
Quality Control & Order Specifications
Material, dimensions, finish, quantities and inspection requirements are agreed for each order. No fixed output capacity or equipment total is claimed.
Prepare Manufacturing Requirements
Factory Overview & Manufacturing Workshop
Our manufacturing facility was established in 2014 and operates an approximately 5,000 m² workshop with more than 80 employees. The facility produces warehouse racking and industrial shelving.
