Multi-level warehouse storage
Mezzanine Racking for Additional Storage Levels
Mezzanine racking uses a rack-supported arrangement to create working or storage space above the ground level. It is a project-specific system: warehouse clear height, goods, floor loading, access routes and local requirements must be assessed before the structure is specified. Our factory export sales team works directly with production and technical personnel to develop a configuration for the project.

When to Consider a Mezzanine
A mezzanine arrangement can make use of available building height where a single storage level does not meet the operational need. The design must account for what is stored or handled on each level, how people and goods reach the upper area, and how the system interfaces with the building.
Structure & Access
- Rack structure, upper level and access points are considered together.
- Stairs, railings and transfer areas depend on the project layout.
- Building and operational requirements require engineering review.
Project Customization
- Floor arrangement and storage or picking workflow.
- Available clear height, bay configuration and access routes.
- Goods, handling equipment and local safety requirements.
Information for a Useful Quotation
Provide the warehouse drawing, building clear height, intended upper-level use, item weights, equipment, required access points and destination country. The final load ratings, structural details and any compliance requirements must be confirmed for the proposed installation; this page does not state fixed values.
Common Procurement Questions
Is a mezzanine suitable for any warehouse?
No. Building conditions, available height, loading and access needs determine whether the concept is appropriate.
Can the stair and transfer positions be planned around our workflow?
They can be discussed with the layout and operating requirements before a project-specific proposal is prepared.
